Yamaan was absolutely brilliant! He was so helpful and polite. He installed the BMW app to my phone for me and explained all the benefits of the app. My car had a wash, vac and even air in my tyres. Yamaan really is an asset to the service team.

The only thing that I was disappointed with was how they parked the car ready for collection. It was in a very unsuitable spot, tight to two walls, front and side with only way out - going backwards. A car was parked too tight behind me.

I was greeted by John and Hamza. I explained that I'd had work meetings arranged nearby which had since been cancelled. They spoke with the Service team and enabled my car to be the next in the queue so that I wouldn't be waiting around too long.

Car was washed and clean outside. The only problem was I was given a price of £148 for Mot and brake fluid and when I told them I had a £100 voucher from recall it went up to £203 but when I picked up car the bill was £248.

I was sent home in a car with a faulty brake system twice! It is not acceptable to send customers home in potentially dangerous vehicles, clearly checks are not being completed after services as this could have been easily avoided.

Service incomplete, only part done. Parts not available. Have to take vehicle back in at some point. Complementary valet was offered but this was done to an extremely poor standard. Vehicle went in around 9:30 am. Collected around 5:30 pm.

My car has white leather. I have photos and a video and you can see how it is covered in greasy black marks after the mechanics. This is where you need to pay attention and increase the level.

Catherine came out to check fuel level, explained fuel policy, vehicle must be returned with the same miles/range (not fuel level). when car was returned different staff checked in vehicle, advised me i had returned it 9 litres surplus? very annoyed

One fault only...our car had been sprayed? inside with a scented perfume. The aroma left in the car wasn't particularly pleasant and took a week to eliminate after us having to keep opening the windows.....NO PERFUME SPRAY PLEASE...Allergy Alert!
