I was happy with the service itself. John Clegg was excellent. But I am disappointed that the components (parking sensors) had failed - costing over £600 to sort. They should really last the lifetime of the car.

My car has white leather. I have photos and a video and you can see how it is covered in greasy black marks after the mechanics. This is where you need to pay attention and increase the level.

Initially I booked the car in to get the screen washer sorted but it then started to work again so I was told not to bring the car in but if it happened again to take it back and they would still sort it . They then said I would have to pay for it .

I was booked in really quickly to be seen within 2 days of me reporting an issue which was fantastic. Unfortunately, after 2 5 hour visits to the branch they were unable to fix the issue and caused a scratch to my windscreen. No response to complaint

Terrible service Yameen Khan who was dealing with me effectively refused to do any work on my car unless i purchased 4 new tyres. then refused to give me the details of the manager Keeley the 'customer care manager' - who never got back to me.

They managed to get me booked in at quite short notice accommodated me by getting me early in the day, as I don't live locally, and had to wait around for the work to be done. The complementary wash and vac is also a nice touch.

One fault only...our car had been sprayed? inside with a scented perfume. The aroma left in the car wasn't particularly pleasant and took a week to eliminate after us having to keep opening the windows.....NO PERFUME SPRAY PLEASE...Allergy Alert!

The engineers broke the wire to the ERG valve meaning on my drive home from picking the car up the car became not drivable as couldn't get high revs and drive train assist warning came on. Caused a lot of stress and extra time as had to sort it out.
