John on the service desk was brilliant, kept me updated on everything and once the part for my car arrived got me booked in swiftly and before I knew it the car was fixed and back on the road, thank you to the mechanic aswell who did a great job.

I was happy with the service itself. John Clegg was excellent. But I am disappointed that the components (parking sensors) had failed - costing over £600 to sort. They should really last the lifetime of the car.

My car has white leather. I have photos and a video and you can see how it is covered in greasy black marks after the mechanics. This is where you need to pay attention and increase the level.

Again I can't fault anything, my car has been repaired I had a good hire replacement, everything was done fast, the deal breaker is wash and vac, in 2025 and a brand like BMW not washing my car is beyond belief
