Nothing the team did but the Mbrakes noise is blowing my mind a little team explained and handed me a booklet to explain so again zero issue with the branch.

Work seemed to be completed to required standard. Vehicle inspection is also very useful and mini valet also appreciated. As my car is a little older I'm aware the servicing is discounted but still seemed relatively expensive hence 4/5

All the staff were extremely pleasant and welcoming. The man who dealt with me, called Hamza, was extremely professional and friendly. He knew what he was doing and the whole process was very efficient. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

3 issues reported. 1 issue not able to recreate. 2 addressed ( or I thought so) 1 of the addressed issues reoccurred the following morning. I travelled near 180 miles back and to twice for 2 of 3 issues to not be resolved.

The BMW Williams service tech team went above and beyond for the S1 service carried out on my vehicle and even gave some advice on what could be an issue with a PDC fault without being asked to look into the issue
