All great apart from an issue with the drivers rear tyre. It was showing it had less air than the others and I had to top it up several times for over a week! In the end I had to get a new one so that's been a real issue for me.

My car unfortunately had to be kept in overnight awaiting a part. I have 2 babies and not having access to another car would be extremely difficult but Mohammad ensured I got a courtesy vehicle overnight and ensured the part arrived on time.

My car has an MOT within the 7 days prior to the appointment which did not show any of the recommendations highlighted by BMW. Some of the recommendations inferred that the car would not pass its MOT which was not the case.

The technician deemed my car un driveable. I've had three other opinions and every single person has said BMW have over exaggerated things. From being under the impression my car wasn't safe, I was nearly hospitalised with anxiety. So much more.
